Our production can be traced and all our raw-material are coming from sustainable species. Our most important products: Red King Crab: Cluster cooked and frozen. Cluster raw and frozen. Live Crab. The Norwegian Red King Crab are caught within the fjords in the most Northern part of Norway. The Crab are caught live and kept in tubs filled with seawater until it goes into the production-lines. One cluster consist of 3 legs and 1 claw. Wet Salted Fish: Cod Saithe Haddock Our wet salted saltfish are produced from fresh (not frozen) rawmaterial. The fish are packed in pallet-containers from 450 up to 900 kg. We classify the product after the ordinary standard weight. Stockfish: Cod Saithe Haddock Tusk The stockfish are dried outside in the tradisionell way. The fish are hanged up and dried in the naturally way by the wind and sun.
